Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your access to and use of the aigenerationstechnologies.com website (the “Site”), operated by AI-Generation Technologies Limited. By using the Site you agree to these terms. Each product we operate is governed by its own separate product terms presented at sign-up.

2. Use of the Site

• You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes only.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through our forms.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, the AI-Generation Technologies name and logo, and the names of our products are owned by AI-Generation Technologies Limited or our licensors and partners. Partner names and logos shown on this Site are used with authorization and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content on the Site is for general information and does not constitute professional, financial or legal advice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Generation Technologies Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and product surfaces. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms or use the Site in a way that risks harm to the Site, other users, or us.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AI-Generation Technologies Limited harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site or your breach of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Paid subscriptions (shop)

1. Products. "Products" means True Price Indicator, Kronos Forecast and AI Trade Analyst, and any successor we offer in the shop. Each is a separate subscription. Buying one does not include another.

2. Licence and quantity. Each unit you buy gives one licence for one named user or account. You may buy several units of the same product, or several products, in one order. You may not share a licence, resell access, or use the Products to build a competing service.

3. Not advice; no reliance. The Products are software tools. We are not your investment adviser, do not manage your money, do not execute trades, and do not consider your objectives or circumstances. Outputs are informational. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for any losses.

4. No guarantee of results. We do not promise accuracy, profit, or any level of performance. Forecasts and fair-value estimates are probabilistic and rely on third-party data that may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

5. Availability. Until a Product is released, the shop shows it as "Coming soon" and we do not charge for it. After release we aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or improve a Product, and will give notice of any change that materially reduces its function.

6. Prices and billing. Prices are in US dollars per unit per month, exclusive of taxes unless stated. Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details. Price changes apply from the next renewal after at least 30 days' notice.

7. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of a Product if you have not used it.

8. Your API keys (AI Trade Analyst). You may supply your own third-party API keys. You confirm you are entitled to use them. We store them encrypted, use them only to run analyses you request, and never display them back to you. You can delete them at any time. You are responsible for charges and limits on your own provider accounts.

9. Third-party data and models. The Products use third-party data, news sources and models. We are not responsible for their content or availability, and their own terms may apply.

10. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Products, no automated scraping of outputs at scale.

11. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected Product in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment, and will explain why where we can.

13. Governing law. Hong Kong law; the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country.

14. Accounts. To buy a subscription you create an account with a valid email address and a password. You must give accurate details, keep your credentials secret, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
